Brecon and Radnor hosted the 1st South Wales League fixture of 2021 entertaining a strong Glamorgan team with a mix of youth and experience. The morning started with some close matches but early wins for Tom Williams and Lloyd Walters, Kyle Davies and Sean David gave Glamorgan a great start. A very close game was won at the last by Under 18 players Joe Jones and Dylan Thomas gave Glamorgan a strong 3- 1 lead at lunch. The singles was lead by Lloyd Walters. Early wins for Lloyd and the impressive Tom Williams gave Glamorgan the perfect start. These victories where followed in match 3 and 4 by Juniors Joe Jones and Sean David. Brecon and Radnor won the following three games with excellent efforts from James Sharpe, Dylan Thomas and Kyle Davies. Drew Harper in the last match collected a half to concluded a excellent result for Glamorgan 7.5 to 4.5.
