The Welsh Handicap Team Championship West Qualifier at Maesteg Golf Club was a great success. All players and officials received a warm welcome and great hospitality from the host club.

The Maesteg team were the overall winners with a combined best 3 out of four team score of 103 points. In second place on countback were Cottrell Park 1 with a score of 95 points. Both teams qualify for the National Finals at Celtic Manor on Sunday September 1st
