The weather won the day at Cardiff Golf Club on Sunday Sept 14 with the President’s Cup Final having to be delayed until Sunday Sept 28. Only one semi-final teed-off in the morning after Craig Melding had to withdraw due to illness. Ryan Nedza raced to a 5 hole lead against Harry Watkins, after playing the front nine in a two under par 33 shots. He eventually closed out the match on the 14th hole winning 6/4. We were all having lunch when the heavens opened and we took the decision to postpone to another day, hopefully the 28th September. Fingers crossed!!
