Glamorgan Seniors Win 2024 Seniors Channel League
Seniors team captain Jeff Thomas receives the Duncan Samuel salver from President Ed Morgan on behalf of the Glamorgan team that won the Seniors Channel League.
Glamorgan Seniors team won the Seniors Channel League for the second year in a row after a tense finish to their match with Dorset Seniors at Swansea Bay.
Sean Davies of Pyle & Kenfig Golf Club holed a 10 foot putt on the 18th green to win his match and secured the point that enabled the Glamorgan team to draw with Dorset in very difficult conditions at Swansea Bay. A draw was good enough to give the Glamorgan team the Seniors Channel League in a weather delayed finale to the 2024 competition.
