Glamorgan Under 18s Aims and Objectives

Our Under 18 Squad brings together the top juniors from around the county.

The objective of our squad is to provide a competitive environment in which players can improve and learn with the aim of bringing success in our fixtures.

Our Squads are picked by  Team Managers who are constantly monitoring all players who qualify to play for Glamorgan.

Our goal is to:-

• Establish Glamorgan as a county that is inclusive of all players and provides an excellent coaching  structure for our Juniors to develop and enjoy playing competitive golf.
• To produce Junior golfers with a positive approach and a winning mentality.
• To assist players in their personal development  with the ambition of producing  players to play International Golf for Wales Golf.
• To assist our Juniors in anyway for those individuals who wish to represent Glamorgan and have the skills, desire and dedication to be successful.
• To allow our Juniors to enjoy their County Golf in a safe and friendly environment and be proud to wear the county colours.
